The investigation showed that a male victim was found deceased in his apartment. The male victim had been shot by unknown suspects. The victim was later identified as Paul Henry Billion.

The investigation found that unknown suspects broke the front glass entrance door. The suspects made entry into the business after breaking the glass. Once inside the suspects stole a safe from the office that contained an undetermined amount of money. The value of the damage done to the business is approximately $3,000.

One suspect was described as being a Native American or Hispanic male that was wearing a green shirt, black pants and a green camouflage bandanna.
